What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship the same or next day using either DHL, UPS or DPD and occasionally Royal Mail depending on what requires to be shipped, to where and the weight of the product.

We have multiple shipping options ranging from economy delivery (2-5 days) @ £5.99 UK ONLY and next day delivery (1-2 days) @ £7.99 UK ONLY. All orders will come with tracking information and will require signature upon delivery (unless a safe place location is specified).

How do I place an Order?

When you are ready to purchase the items that you have placed in your basket, you can simply click on the shopping bag icon located at the top right of the page and you will be directed to your basket. Here, you will be able to use our delivery calculator to work out how much the shipping will be for your order. Once you have selected your preferred delivery method, simply update the total by using the button below. Check that you are happy with the products in your bag, as once an order has been submitted, you will be unable to add any more items or make further changes. If you have a gift card or discount code, remember to enter it here. When you are happy with the payment total of the order, you can then click 'Proceed to checkout' on the right of the page.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can select your payment method. Currently we accept card and PayPal payments. If you choose PayPal, you will be directed to their site to complete the payment.

For UK customers, we accept payments by PayPal, Yogamatters gift cards and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. For those outside of the UK, we support 50+ methods which you will be offered on the basis of the country you are in.

All orders are charged at point of sale. This means we debit your card or you send us a PayPal payment for the full amount of the order as soon as you complete your order.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

The postage and handling of your return is your responsibility. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when sending your parcel back as we cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive back to us. You may be able to claim compensation through your chosen return service if you have proof of postage.

Returns can only be refunded to the person who originally placed and paid for the order, and the refund can only be processed back to the same payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 days after receipt of the return.

How do I return an item?

We will refund any item within 30 days of purchase. All we ask is that the goods are returned in their original condition. This means clothing must have hangtags still attached. Yoga mats, props and all other equipment must be in their original cellophane and/or branded wrapper. If any products have been removed from their wrapper, we are unable to accept a return. Some items are non-returnable; please see below for a full list of these items. On occasion, we may have to reject a return. Below are some of the most common reasons for this happening: • It has gone past 30 days from date of purchase – our returns policy only extends to 30 days • It has been returned with damaged packaging – we are unable to accept a return with incomplete/damaged original packaging • It has been returned in an unhygienic condition – for Health & Safety, our staff are unable to handle returns that are contaminated • It is an item that cannot be returned – some items are exempt from return, please see below for full list
